4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including appropriate supporting information. We may restore the content if we determine the counter-notice is valid and applicable.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict or terminate access for users or sources that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Good Faith
Please submit notices only when you have a good faith belief that your rights are being infringed. False claims may result in legal consequences.
